Common booking questions

Most Canberra jobs are booked within 48 hours. Urgent requests are welcome - give us a call and we'll do our best to fit you in sooner.
For most jobs, yes - we do a walk-through with you at the end. If you need to arrange access differently, just let us know when you book and we can discuss options.
Not much. Vacuum the area beforehand if you can, but if you can't, we'll handle it. Move small breakables and fragile items out of the way. We'll work around furniture.
Payment is due on the day, by cash, bank transfer or card. We'll provide a receipt which is useful if you're cleaning for a bond return or insurance claim.
