No - we work around furniture. For a more thorough clean under sofas and beds, we're happy to move lighter items. Just let us know when you book.

Not with our equipment. We use the correct water temperature and extraction pressure for each carpet type, including wool and delicate fibres.

Yes, and we do it all the time. Our cleaning removes pet hair, dander and odours from carpet fibres. If there is urine contamination, we can treat that as part of the same visit.
